Atlas Project Advisory was established to provide independent, construction project management and strategic advisory services across the construction and development sector.

Born from years of hands-on experience within the Australian construction industry, Atlas was created in response to a clear gap in the market: the need for trusted advisors who operate solely in the interests of their clients - free from delivery bias, commercial conflicts, or contractor influence.
Our Purpose
Construction and development projects are inherently complex. They involve significant capital, layered risk, multiple stakeholders, and high expectations around time, cost, quality, and compliance. Too often, project outcomes are compromised by fragmented responsibility, misaligned incentives, or a lack of clear leadership. Atlas Project Advisory was formed to change that.
