Atlas supports projects at the earliest stages - helping clients navigate planning pathways, approvals, and development strategy.

We work closely with consultants and authorities to ensure planning and design decisions align with delivery objectives.

  • Pre-construction co-ordination i.e., DA, CDC, CC pathways

  • Procure and manage all required Consultants required for the Project

  • Consultant coordination and scope alignment

  • Authority liaison and approvals tracking

  • Design management advisory

  • Buildability and compliance reviews

  • Pre-lodgement and early-stage strategy support

  • Assistance with lodgement on the Planning Portal

  • Review OC requirements and provide assistance on completion

Construction & Delivery Oversight

We provide independent construction phase oversight to protect our clients’ interests during delivery.

Our role is to monitor progress, identify emerging risks, and support informed decision-making, without assuming the role of builder or contractor.
